App Privacy Policy

Overview SoberTruth and Just Start: Tiny Tasks are apps developed by Catherine Eccles Counseling, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy and minimizing the information collected through our apps.

Data Collection SoberTruth does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. All app preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device and never leave your device. Just Start: Tiny Tasks stores app preferences and task-related information locally on your device. Just Start also uses RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app subscriptions and premium features. RevenueCat receives information necessary to process and verify purchases and subscriptions, including purchase history and an anonymous app use identifier. RevenueCat does not receive the content of your tasks or other information you enter into the app unless specifically described in this policy.

What We Don’t Collect

Neither app collects:

  • Your name or email address

  • Location data

  • Contacts

  • Health or fitness information

  • The content of your tasks or quotes

  • Advertising identifiers for advertising purposes

  • Personal information for advertising or third-party marketing

    SoberTruth does not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

    Just Start does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services. It uses RevenueCat solely for subscription and purchase management.

Local Storage SoberTruth may store preferences (such as theme selection and favorites) on your device only. Just Start may store tasks and preferences locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to Catherine Eccles Counseling, LLC. Local app data is deleted when apps are uninstalled. Purchase and subscription information processed by RevenueCat may be retained by RevenueCat in accordance with its privacy policy.

Third-Party Services SoberTruth does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Just Start uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and verify purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase history, subscription information, an anonymous app user identifier, and certain technical information necessary to provide its services. Children’s Privacy The apps do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this Policy We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
